The company specifically relies on a combination of digital and personal learning environments in order to prepare the trainees for professional life in the best possible way.</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Extension of the training offers</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">At the start of the training year, Schaeffler welcomes around 300 new trainees and dual students who are starting their careers at the company's German locations. In this country, Schaeffler offers training in 25 industrial, technical, commercial or IT professions as well as the possibility of 18 different dual courses of study. In total, more than 1,100 young talents are currently completing an apprenticeship or degree in Germany.</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Schaeffler is also expanding the range of training opportunities. Among other things, the apprenticeship as an IT specialist specializing in digital networking will be newly introduced. In addition, the range of dual courses at numerous locations is being expanded.</span></p><p><br/></p>
