It also provides them most importantly with recourse, in the event there is any problem,”&nbsp;he said.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">“If the seller can provide traceability and integrity of the parts, the consumer is at far less risk.”</span></p><p><br/></p>
