Guardair Corporation appoints Director of Operations

<p style="text-align: center;"><img src="/ueditor/php/upload/image/20210824/1629781719395332.jpg" title="1629781719395332.jpg" alt="6.jpg"/></p><p>Guardair Corporation announce the appointment of Rob Psholka as the new Director of Operations.</p><p><br/></p><p>Psholk brings over 30 years of experience, leading operations in industrial manufacturing. Recently, he held the position of director of manufacturing operations at Conval, Inc., a supplier of valves for power, utility and other industries.</p><p><br/></p><p>Psholk spent time at Westfield Gage, Senior Aerospace, Berkshire Plastics, and Pratt &amp; Whitney.&nbsp; He holds an MS in mechanical engineering from Western New England College, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.</p><p><br/></p><p>“Rob’s diverse operations background advancing manufacturing through lean implementation, production management and cost reduction initiatives will help accelerate our efforts to keep pace with an ever-changing environment,” said Tom Tremblay, President, Guardair Corp. “We are very excited to have him join our team.”</p><p><br/></p><p>In his new role, Psholka will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.</p>
